Feline Busy

A furry feline friend is lifting the list above its head.

The shopping list includes, tin foil, chips, peas/corn, marmite, halloumi and salad.

Notably, no food for cats.

This person is organised in that they have purrpose made note paper for shopping. They have written the list in two sessions with two pens. A top up shop, not a main shop.

The Best Hand Writing On A List

I wish I could write in this style. Clear, large hand writing. Fantastic.

A short list. Maybe this person has a cold, they need medicine and Kleenex. Interestingly in the UK we refer to ‘tissues‘ rather than the brand Kleenex.

Feline Busy!

Cat owner. Purrpose made note paper with a feline theme. This person did not paws as they made the list else they would have been late for the shop, a catastrophe. I wish I could have written a list like this, maybe they could show meow.

Mixed capitalisation on this shopping list.

Waffles for break?

Cheeky Girls

A4 punched and lined paper, folded in half. Vegetarian list which raises a few questions.

Is this person going to buy aloe veras as in multiple plants of that kind or is this something else? Why are they under the section marked green veg (the same could be asked of fruits).

What is defended juice? Could be this https://purearth.co.uk/product/defence-juice-cleanse/

This list has another side to it. On the reverse are names of musical artists. Are these team names, categories, a play list? Further more, do the Cheeky Girls fit into this group?

Shloer

A5 spiral bound shopping list, lined, blue biro. Later addition of weedkiller in a black pen. A pen that was reluctant to work.

Shloer is a non alcoholic grape juice available in red, white or rosé.

The Best List Ever?

This is possibly the best shopping list ever.

Items are grouped by food type and proximity to each other in the shop. For example, pizza and Magnums, both from the freezer section. Fruit together. Veg together. Why are peas on their own?

An incredibly well thought through work of logistical brilliance, does the actual layout of the food groups map onto the aisles in the supermarket? Maybe not.

This list is in two pens. Is it in two hands or is the blue text the same person but just writing on a soft surface? Are Bill’s meals for somebody called Bill or is it Bill’s the restaurant chain? Josh is maybe a younger person.

Excellent.

1 Milk is added twice.  Is this 2 Milks or did the person forgot that by the time they reached item 9 that item 2 was milk?

Other questions include, what is Cat – met?

Also, what is A/M?

This is not a main shop but rather a mid sized top up visit to the supermarket.  There was Scampi, chips and peas on the menu that night for sure.

Three Cucumbers!

img_1975

Three cucumbers!  Nobody buys three cucumbers!  Maybe this hard working mum is also catering for the local cricket club and making sandwiches for the home and away teams.  That may explain why 3 loaves of bread and 9 bottles of squash are required. Actually the cricket season has finished here so there must be something else going on.

Lots of fruit and veg which is good to see but also lots of kiddie friendly meat products, chicken fingers, hot dog sausages, burgers and of course who could ignore the turkey jetti:

yeti
