The Best Hand Writing On A List

I wish I could write in this style. Clear, large hand writing. Fantastic.

A short list. Maybe this person has a cold, they need medicine and Kleenex. Interestingly in the UK we refer to ‘tissues‘ rather than the brand Kleenex.

Walmart Neighborhood Market, La Mesa, California, USA

P&G

This appears to be shopping for two people in two hands with two pens.

They are working age dog and cat owners with no children.

On P’s side of the list we have chicken, weetabix, French fries, custard creams, cokes and tissues. On G’s side we have duck in plum, chick/mushrooms, cold puds (eclair), trifle, lattes, cookies and chocs.

Some items have been crossed off, some have been circled. Some items in capitals and some in lower case. Notice the change of pen between hand wash and pads/pants.

Two Big Yoghurts

No meat here.  Mainly fruit and veg.  Not much to make whole meals, pasta, rice etc.

This person really likes their numbers but ironically is not a fan of plurals. 4 grapefruit, 2 big yoghurt etc.

A decent list on traditional paper representing a rounded, 5 a day, diet.

Small banana, small satsuma, grape, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes x 2, onions red, sweet potatoes, potato x 2, 2 big yoghurt, 1 bread, peanut butter, olives, two lemonade, 4 grapefruit, 1 milk.

Kindly found and supplied by Andy.

Pink Bleach

Apples, satsumas, salmon, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, mint, orange, crisps, antiseptic wipes, surf, conditioner, blue milk, orange juice, fizzy, lemonade, eggs, bread, crusty bread, BBQ sauce, mustard, bleach, toilet roll, kitchen roll, benecol, yoghurts, extra ham, salami, steam fresh?, lollies, prawns.

This is a big weekly shop. Salad on the menu. Maybe children are involved as there are lollies listed.

What is steamfresh?

Sunday Roast

New potatoes, apples, bananas, oranges, cabbage, bread, eggs, corned beef, baked beans, ketchup, joint, bacon, ham, cheese spread, yorkshires, tea bags, cream crackers, toilet rolls, bleach, wet wipes, spray, bowns?, tablets.

The joint of meat and the Yorshire puddings suggest a roast dinner. Maybe there were other potatoes in the house as the new potatoes here might not be ideal for roasting.

Non food items have their own column.
