Cryptic one this. I am not sure what this list is all about but maybe it is part of a controlled diet.
Lots of carbohydrates under a column called ‘Weigh’. Week 2 suggests this is a multi-week endeavour.

Quartered and torn A4 paper, folded many times. Blue pen. Capitalised lower case. A top up food shop with clothing.
On the rear, 16 biscuits:
June 2nd, Sainsbury’s, Reading
It is the weekend of Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum Jubilee in the U.K. (June 2022). It is a glorious warm weekend. The Queen has not been feeling too well but took the trouble to make a couple of very welcome appearances to the cheering crowds.
The Friday mentioned on the list is the 2nd June 2022. This person is celebrating by buying:
For other days they need, milk, mushrooms, two types of chocolate with numbers, shortbread and something called ‘gold lustre spray’. I presume gold lustre spray is this, used for add edible gold for cake decorations and other edible delights.

2nd June 2022
A one meal shopping list. Not sure what Anfi P is?
On the rear is this:
Sainsbury’s, Reading.
2nd June 2022
This is possibly the best shopping list ever.
Items are grouped by food type and proximity to each other in the shop. For example, pizza and Magnums, both from the freezer section. Fruit together. Veg together. Why are peas on their own?
An incredibly well thought through work of logistical brilliance, does the actual layout of the food groups map onto the aisles in the supermarket? Maybe not.
This list is in two pens. Is it in two hands or is the blue text the same person but just writing on a soft surface? Are Bill’s meals for somebody called Bill or is it Bill’s the restaurant chain? Josh is maybe a younger person.
Excellent.
Sainsbury’s, Reading 18th May 2022
Torn piece of note paper, turned, with blue biro. I am not sure I can read all of these words. My best guess is:
A lot of nuts, or very few is the lack of plurals is to be considered seriously.
Interestingly, this list has two sides. What are we to make of this?
Sainsbury’s, Reading, 18th May 2022
Apples, oranges, milk, large wholewheat loaf, chicken for Billie, hay fever med, cereal, burek pinks???
A small square of unlined note paper with a disproportionately large hole punched through the top left corner.
Sainsbury’s, Reading, 18th May 2022
A list on A4 lined and punched paper pulled from a pad. Written in biro by two people. The first in capitals, the second amending in what looks to be an older style in lower case.
Ordinary tea suggests that other types of tea are sometimes purchased. Quite a healthy list, no meat, low fat.
Sainsbury’s, Reading 3rd August 2021
This appears to be shopping for two people in two hands with two pens.
They are working age dog and cat owners with no children.
On P’s side of the list we have chicken, weetabix, French fries, custard creams, cokes and tissues. On G’s side we have duck in plum, chick/mushrooms, cold puds (eclair), trifle, lattes, cookies and chocs.
Some items have been crossed off, some have been circled. Some items in capitals and some in lower case. Notice the change of pen between hand wash and pads/pants.
Sainsbury’s, Reading. 3rd August 2021
The shortest ever list. Petrol.
