The list has been walked on as has the indication of sole prints upon it. The person is buying no meat or carbohydrates. Spelling not perfect.
A top up shop. Likely from a town centre shop rather than a supermarket.
Do you think the “V” in V. Parmesan might be “Vegetarian”. Maybe that’s why they are not buying meat. I didn’t get courgettes or butter at all but that’s what they must be.
