This is a tricky one to read…
Olives, Spinach and Feta Triangles p28.
Lamb, chickpea paste, flat breads.
Veg – babaganach? Roasted aubergine and courgettes with tarrato?
Cement + orange + parfait – crossed out (I can see why).
Meringue, ice cream and pistachio biscuits P390, Nigella
Grilled courgettes, aubergines with tarater?

Hey, good to see you back in action, you’ve been missed.
Thank you very much. I have been busy for what seems like ages on other things. I have also been working on this https://studiolightspeed.com/thebrexitportraits/ I would be happy if you would like to share a link… I should also spend some time reading your blog https://ytaba36.wordpress.com/ 🙂
babaganach – I think this is meant to be baba ganoush which is mashed cooked aubergine mixed with tahini, olive oil, and various seasonings. Think it is courgettes and tomatoes written beside.
and lemon and orange parfait sounds more appetising than cement + orange 😀
